Consultation
Before beginning any new therapy, it is advised you have a 121 consultation with a member of the Re:nu team who will discuss the benefits, risks and contraindications of any therapy. If for any reason you are unsure on your ability to use any of our therapies please consult your General Practitioner (GP) or a qualified healthcare professional to ensure it is safe for you before commencing treatment.
Medical Treatment and Photosensitive Skin
If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or have photosensitive skin, you must seek advice from a medical professional before using our services.
Discomfort During Use
If you experience any pain or discomfort during treatment, discontinue use immediately and inform a member of our team.
Disclosure of Health Conditions
You are required to disclose any ongoing health conditions or concerns to our team as soon as possible.
Changes in Health
If there are any changes to your health that may affect your use of our services, you must notify a member of our team before using any equipment.
Emergency Contact
You agree to provide Re:nu with emergency contact details and agree to keep these updated if your EC should change
Membership Credits
Credits apply to all core services. Core services include Cryotherapy Chamber, Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Hypoxic Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, Pelvic Therapy, Infraslim
Memberships
All memberships are subject to a minimum three-month commitment. Membership cannot be suspended or frozen. Unused membership credits cannot be rolled over to the following month. Membership credits, testing sessions and service sessions cannot be shared with other people and are strictly for the member registered. Memberships will begin from the day of purchase and start dates cannot be delay or deferred. Blood tests, Gut health tests and DNA tests are not included as part of our core credits member service. Any individual therapy is subject to 1 per day
Sessions & Testing
Individual sessions purchased outside of membership packages have a twelve (12)-month expiration period from the date of purchase.
Cancellation
After the first three months, 30 day’s-notice is required in writing to terminate your membership
Appointment cancellations
24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or rearrange any booked therapy. Any therapy cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full or debited from your monthly credits (if a member)
No-shows
If you do not show up for your therapy the therapy will be charged in full or debited from your monthly credits (if a member) monthly credits (if a member).
Complaints
To make a complaint to Re:nu, correspondence can be submitted in writing to info@renu-health.co.uk. Please include any supporting evidence which you feel may support your complaint.
Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
